Taste of Spring 03/03/2010
Glorious sunshine day! Yay!! We haven't seen that good ol' sunshine in days...weeks! And such temps as these already in March for Maine is very unusual...to say the least! It's sweater weather already...and an early taste of Spring! Even the snow tastes like 'Spring' snow! Don't believe me? Once you taste it...you'll know it! So munch away my little one, enjoy it while you can! : D CommentsThu, 04 Mar 2010 09:45:05 Only a sweater clad princess, or ballerina, knows how to kiss the snow good-bye. She knows that tender grass and crocus blooms hidden snug under cover of winter long to burst forth. When they do she will giggle in delight and dance in their midst. Daffodils have been blooming for 2 weeks, despite cold & rain. And the fruitless pears burst into white puffballs, last week. Love that "sprite" in pink, out welcoming the warmer temps. Neat close-ups of the "Celebrate Spring" outfit Leave a Reply |
